Yes, dedicated support is provided to ensure a smooth implementation that is adapted to your needs. This service is chargeable, with terms that may vary depending on your scope and the level of support you want.
The subscription is concluded for a minimum period of 12 months. Longer commitments (24 or 36 months) are possible and allow you to benefit from preferential pricing conditions.
Additional packages are invoiced at the same unit price provided for in the contract. If the overrun becomes recurrent (e.g. +20% for 3 consecutive months), a revision of the contract may be proposed in order to adapt the volume committed.
Yes, it is possible to upgrade to a higher plan if your functional needs or volume require it. Access to certain plans (Advanced, Premium) becomes mandatory beyond defined thresholds, even if all functionalities are not used.
