Frequently asked questions

Can I export the list of affected packages to the incidents dashboard?

Yes. From the “Manage Reports” section, you can generate a single export in .CSV format containing all the tracking numbers corresponding to the filters you have defined. This export is particularly useful for analyzing concrete cases or providing a report to your carriers.

How often can reports be scheduled?

It's completely configurable. You can schedule regular reports (daily, weekly...) and choose: the day of dispatch and the precise time of receipt. This allows you to improve your logistical performance by monitoring incidents proactively, or even to delegate contact with the customers concerned to a dedicated team.

Can we filter by carrier or country?

Yes. You have access to advanced filters in the dashboard, allowing you to cross-reference data according to: the carrier, the country of destination, the period, the type of incident, the delivery status, the warehouse, the warehouse, custom variables (for example: customer segment). This allows you to refine your analyses and precisely identify the points of friction in your supply chain.

Is the parcel incident dashboard compatible with all carriers?

Yes. The dashboard is designed to be transversal to all your carriers. It normalizes data, allowing you to objectively compare performance and apply the same analysis criteria regardless of the provider. This approach is ideal for fast-growing businesses in e-commerce logistics. Tip: We recommend that you set a custom alert threshold for each carrier, based on their history and your expectations.
