Yes. Shipup integrates perfectly with tools like Zendesk, easiware and your internal transport CRM thanks to our API and our Chrome extension. This makes it possible to create and follow up a complaint directly from the ticket form, without changing the environment.

Can I track refunds?

Absolutely. Each claim has a status updated in real time (pending, reimbursed, refused, etc.). You have access to a centralized global vision, with the possibility of filtering by status, carrier or amount recovered. It is a centralization of data essential for monitoring and performance.

Do I need to connect to carrier portals?
